Tayo Fabusuyi

Dr. Tayo Fabusuyi is a research faculty member at the University of Michigan, where he is affiliated with both the Transportation Research Institute and the Michigan Institute for Data Science. His research interests are in designing and implementing mobility initiatives that support sustainable and resilient communities with a focus on equity and efficiency issues. He develops and applies hard and soft operations research models to urban systems issues with an emphasis on evidence-based solutions with demonstrated value-added. A central theme of his research activities is the use of demand-side interventions via information and pricing strategies in influencing travel behavior to achieve more equitable and beneficial societal outcomes. Dr. Fabusuyi has led numerous research grant projects and published journal articles, book chapters, and reports on his research activities. He received a Ph.D. in Engineering and Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA.
